PipingX runs a structured quality management system to ensure consistent performance and traceability for industrial valves, pipe fittings, flanges, and pumps.
Quality Management System
We follow ISO 9001 aligned processes covering supplier evaluation, incoming inspection, in-process control, final inspection, and documentation review. All critical steps are recorded and auditable.
Inspection and Testing
- Material verification against order and project specifications
- Dimensional inspection for size, tolerance, and end connection
- Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing where applicable
- NDE options available: PMI, UT, RT, PT, MT (project dependent)
- Valve seat leakage tests based on relevant standards
Material Traceability
We provide MTC/MTR documentation on request and support project-level traceability. Heat numbers, test reports, and inspection records are linked to the shipment for compliance and downstream audits.
Third-Party Inspection
Independent inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, or customer-appointed agencies is supported. We coordinate inspection plans, hold points, and documentation packages to match project requirements.
